so we know what shows are about to start crewing and we can put you in front of them early. All crew on TVCV must have a minimum 3 years industry experience (junior positions 12 months) and are reference checked with 3 referees. Our bookers know when they hire our members, they are genuinely experienced and highly recommended.

Jasmin is a TV Production Manager with more than 20 years industry experience. Well known as a crewing specialist even before TVCV was born, Jasmin has hired thousands of crew locally and internationally for some of the biggest shows in the world. Because the industry moves so quickly, Jasmin was having trouble finding the right crew fast and knew it was time for an easier way. And so, TVCV was born! Fast forward several years and she is proud to see that with special thanks to her nurtured network of more than 50 industry executives, TVCV is finding jobs for people every single day.
Adrian has been a consultant with TVCV since inception in 2013, assisting with recruiting, consulting and overseeing the post-production. Adrian is a real asset to have assisting our team because he is well known and well loved across the board in the TV industry. He currently works and has worked for several of our favourite production companies and when it comes to the post-production side of TV, nobody knows it like Adrian. Whether it be crewing, post production, IT, digital or data management, budgeting, editing, software, hardware, networks or operating systems, Adrian is our go to guy.
Emily started her career in TV 5 years ago, quickly becoming a much sought after production coordinator working on big name shows. Previously, Emily spent 10 years as a freelance photographer before moving into a fast-tracked career in the corporate world, learning from entrepreneurs about work flow and business management, and running events nationwide teaching business and personal development strategies. Emily really knows how to do business and she has been an integral part of TVCV from day one. Emily also manages the recruitment of TVCV members and their memberships.
Taras is an ex journalist and magazine editor/publisher who crossed from print to TV about a decade ago, fast becoming a popular prime-time TV editor. Whether it be editing and producing cooking, renovating or lifestyle shows, Taras has always had a unique creative flair. With an enthusiasm for content that makes an impact, Taras moved next into the digital space. He now leads an innovative team focused on creating memorable brand awareness projects. Taras has project managed three website builds as we continue to grow and meet demands.
