With so much happening at Network 10 right now, it’s a great time to be a part of our growing team. We now have an exciting opportunity for a permanent part-time Receptionist (20hrs/week) in our Brisbane office.
What you’ll be doing:
Answering and directing external and internal phone calls
Assisting viewers with queries, such as programming enquiries or digital difficulties
Updating the programme guide information
Meeting and directing station visitors
Assisting other departments such as Publicity or Finance with administrative duties as directed
Booking station resources such as meeting rooms and vehicles
Booking couriers for deliveries for all departments
You’ll have great listening and customer service skills
You’re a calm, patient and always courteous when dealing with people, even under stressful circumstances.
Computers don’t have to be your passion, but you’ll need reasonable computer skills and the ability to learn processes
You’re a master of multitasking and managing competing priorities
You love helping people
Extra brownie points for:
Having previous experience managing a busy reception / front desk
