Major production company seeks ‘Sponsorship and Integration Coordinator’ End of June – mid October 2018.
Sponsor and Contra champion. Assist the Network to convert sponsors by communicating commercial opportunities . To form mutually beneficial contra partnerships to ensure premium on-brand content.
Strategy & Planning
Seek mutually beneficial contra partnerships as briefed by CPD and/or EP – these may include but not limited to honeymoons, wedding venues, cakes, cars
Collaborate with Executive Producer on the development of sponsor and partner exposure including integration and product placement.
Incorporate creative and client objectives into all executions
Manage integrations across broadcast (in program), digital, social, off-screen (second/third screens [apps], consumer promotions)
Provide daily support and communications to Network sales and integration teams
Develop strong collaborative relationships with all members of each team in the production.
Undertake regular stakeholder meetings to update on progress of integrations and weekly progress reporting to the Supervising Executive Producer.
Delegate elements of each integration to the production team responsible
Seek EP & CPD approval on all executions.
