Sponsor and Contra champion. Assist the Network to convert sponsors by communicating commercial opportunities . To form mutually beneficial contra partnerships to ensure premium on-brand content.

Strategy & Planning
Seek mutually beneficial contra partnerships as briefed by CPD and/or EP – these may include but not limited to honeymoons, wedding venues, cakes, cars

Incorporate creative and client objectives into all executions

Sales/Clients

Project Specific
Develop strong collaborative relationships with all members of each team in the production.
Undertake regular stakeholder meetings to update on progress of integrations and weekly progress reporting to the Supervising Executive Producer.
Delegate elements of each integration to the production team responsible
Seek EP & CPD approval on all executions.

ESA is currently seeking a Commercial Partnerships Manager to join our Melbourne team.

The Commercial Partnerships Manager, Produciton will service the Business by proactively forming mutually beneficial partnerships with Brands to generate revenue that allows for better creative output for our Formats, whilst achieving the Brands below-the-line objectives for longstanding partnerships.

This role will support the production Executive Producers by generating brand-focussed in-program creative in response to Network Sponsor briefs/requests, as well as coordinating the off-screen components of the brief responses so we respond in a unified manor.

This role is the representative of ESA to and the conduit between the Sales & Integration arm of the Network, and Production.

Key role responsibilities include but are not limited to
Manage relationships with relevant Network contacts and ensure they have all the information required in a timely fashion including staying on top of nominated sponsor deadlines.
Assisting with top tier partnerships formed by Commercial Partnerships Director (CPD)
Oversee activation for all Sponsor requirements
Attend Network Sponsorship meetings including WIP’s and take notation to communicate internally
Work with CPD on proactive Partnership Opportunities
Work with Producers to plot Sponsor Commitments throughout the series
Manage Sponsorship resources/crew on other formats where required
Communicate Sponsor and Contra supplier commitments to EP, Series Producer, Supervising Producer and Post production on relevant Productions
Work closely with Production to source assets and manage the relationships, expectations and integration.
Prepare and distribute tools such as post analysis to strengthen existing partnerships and attain new partners
Prepare monthly reconciliations of money and assets achieved in the Commercial Partnerships team
Identify opportunities by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
Initiate meetings with potential partners specifically for overseas trips / opportunities
Work closely with the Legal team and relevant production members to coordinate requirements necessary to finalize agreements in a timely fashion for platinum partnerships

Successful applicants must have:
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
A background in Media or advertising would be an advantage
An energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Flexible attitude
Highly effective and diligent communication skills, and the ability to act with tact and discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality

Integration Assistant

Seven is seeking an Integration Assistant to work within Seven Productions. Reporting to the Integration Manager, the Integration Assistant is responsible for assisting and working alongside the Integration Manager and Integration Producer to assist in the sourcing, contracting, delivery and associated admin relating to contra partners. The role is heavily admin focused and predominantly involves supporting the Integration team by compiling and updating multiple reports, spreadsheets and contracts on an ongoing basis. The Integration Assistant must provide a consistently high standard of administrative support to the Contra Integration Team and Integration requirements across the Series.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:
Support the Integration team as required
Project manage and own the following systems and processes:
Maintenance of Integration Documentation including Database, Agreements, Post Production Tally, Contra Budget Summary, IP tracking etc
Compile End credit Lists
Manage Sponsor & Supplier details to appear on digital platforms
Agreements: Deal Memo, location + confidentiality forms
Supplier brochure request and compilation
Management of supplier logos
Photo brief management
Management of lower level contra suppliers as directed by the Integration Manager and Producer, this includes relationship management, regular communications, confirmation of renovation logistics, Production / TX updates etc. from pre-production through to post-production
Working closely with the Build, Unit & Production Teams to deliver supplier entitlements from Pre-Production to the Finale both in the field and in-show
Cost reporting of suppliers
Monitoring the use of IP in relation to Suppliers
Assist the Integration Manager and Integration Producer with the Post Production process which may include, but not limited to auditing episodes, taking ep notes, inputting and calculating client entitlements, clip compilation etc.
Brief suppliers on the Contra invoice process
Post Analysis assistance as required by Integration Team
To be successful for this role, you will ideally:
Be proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Powerpoint  (particularly formatting large Excel spread sheets )
Have exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy with all reports, spreadsheets, contracts and presentations
Experience in TV, Digital or Social Media in the area of Sales or Admin would be an advantage but is not essential
Experience overseeing campaigns and ensuring successful delivery would be an advantage
A “can do” attitude and a friendly outlook
Great organisational skills
Have the ability to foster strong ongoing and effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
Demonstrate the ability to work well both as part of a team and autonomously

Role: Snr Producer – Sponsor & Integration .Liaise with Network on Sponsorship & Contra product ordering and communicate with companies and production regarding their requirements. Attend production meeting, rehearsals and recording sessions in connection with the production as required; Consult with necessary legal advisors to ensure the production does not breach any rights including but not limited to copyright or content that could be deemed defamatory;
Consult with relevant production personnel regarding program competitions, sponsorship, promotions, brand logo content and online requirements;

Establish and manage critical contra partnerships (supply deals) with on-brand alignments through strategic approaches and savvy negotiation with respect to brand and production. Create detailed integration overviews for production, post & clients. Provide daily support and communications to Network sales and integration teams. Escalate, track and resolve client issues and manage internal and external expectations to resolve such issues to ensure a consistent and seamless client experience. Develop strong collaborative relationships with all members of each team in the production. Undertake regular stakeholder meetings to update on progress of integrations and weekly progress reporting to the Executive Producer. Be the brand champion and ensure all deliverables are met and in line with ESA, Network and client expectations. This role will commence as soon as possible and continue till February 2017 with the possibility of extending after that timeframe. Successful applicants will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role either in the Television or Brand/Agency fields.
Key skills required for the role include strong negotiation skills, project management, attention to detail as well as organisation and multitasking skills. The successful candidate will be the ultimate diplomate and demonstrate flexibility and an understanding of the needs of our Productions.
