Our popular breakfast show “Sunrise” is looking for a Unit Manager to join their team in the Martin Place office.
This position is responsible for coordinating the administrative functions for the program as well as providing comprehensive support to the Sunrise team and the Executive Producer. This includes handling viewer inquiries, processing and managing invoices and accounts, organising travel arrangements and other duties within the department.
We are looking for someone who is fun and has prior experience in an administrative role, including exceptional organisational skills, time management skills, and the ability to work in a high pressured and fast paced environment. You will be capable of immediate problem solving, forming productive relationships with other staff, able to work independently and have a high level of confidentiality.

The 2018 Commonwealth Games is seeking an experienced Office Manager (Host Broadcaster) Contract Dates: February 2016 – May 2018. The Office Manager is responsible for managing all elements of the Host Broadcast office operations on the Gold Coast in the lead-up to the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. In addition managing the reception team at the International Broadcast Centre in the lead-up and during Games Time. Duties / Responsibilities: Overall supervision of the Office Environment to ensure smooth operation and excellent presentation of the broadcaster at all times; Coordination of meetings, room bookings, appointments and notification of the relevant staff and visitors. Including typing and distribution of agendas and minutes; Managing and reporting on the office budget;
Booking of transport and accommodation; Supervising and monitoring the work of other office staff; Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients; Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems; Preparing letters, presentations and reports; Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries;
Ensuring that WHS procedures are up to date, observed and regularly reported;
Ordering and maintaining appropriate levels of stationery and general office supplies; Utilising a range of software programs including but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer), Smartsheets and various databases; Managing IT operations and filing systems.
Reporting to: The Office Manager will report to the Support Services Manager and other Key Management from time-to-time.
