About The Role
Assist Producers execute digital content experiences, creating content that drives short form consumption
Repurpose, shoot, edit video content that meets audience and commercial delivery
Deliver on content plans outlined by Head of Team and Content Manager
Build best-quality content that aligns to brands on deadline
Schedule content to ensure best digital execution, 7 day-a week content cycle
Work with Production Teams to ensure the most and best content is sourced from Production team
Work from both an in-production environment and from TCN Willoughby
Adhere to brand guidelines for daily content publishing cycle
Work closely with team to ensure best promotion of content across multiple platforms
Secure and develop internal and external stakeholder engagement and support for the editorial and video strategy
Ensure personal development and career progression are central to performance.
Create a positive one business culture for NEC across TV and digital.
Flexibility and availability for before and/or after hours work
Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience in After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop (Not required but desired)
You will have:
Knowledge in Adobe Premiere and/or similar editing software
An understanding of content publishing and a passion for TV and online video.
An understanding of video editing and encoding.
Basic video shooting skills
A sense for what makes a clickable image, ideally with basic Photoshop skills.
Strong time management skills, autonomy, and a pro-active attitude.
Flexibility as we work on a rotating roster of shifts including regular weekend work.
Bachelor Degree in communications, arts or similar is desirable
