We are looking for a driven administrator to work as part of the Program Operations unit whose core function is to provide administrative support to our funding program departments.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your outstanding customer service, time management skills and can-do attitude to ensure we deliver a consistent, efficient and effective service to the screen industry.

The role is responsible for providing operational support to the various funding areas of Screen Australia, which includes understanding and interpreting complex guidelines and providing outstanding administrative support to all applications received, determining an applicant’s eligibility and supporting the assessment processes and decision meetings.

You will be organised and efficient with the ability to grasp complex programs quickly and clearly interpret them. You will be an effective and open communicator, pride yourself on excellent customer service skills and contribute effectively and collaboratively in a team focused environment. Knowledge of film, television and creative media will be an advantage.

Full time 12 month contract.
