We are seeking an Executive Assistant to work in our Brisbane office.
This role will work directly for the Executive Producer/Principal. The role will be based in our Woolloongabba office.
While the role will be focused on day to day logistic support of the Executive Producer, you will also be the primary support and contact person for the Brisbane Office. This is a non-production role.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Managing the Executive Producer’s (EP) meetings and diary
Assist EP to manage daily action plan
Assist with travel arrangements for the EP
Ensure clear communication from Production Managers to allow critical stages of productions to be scheduled in the EP’s diary.
Drafting correspondence including emails, funding acquittals and formal letters
Manage market and pitch registrations.
Film festival entries and responding to enquiries for the EPs back catalogue of projects.
Manage all expenses for the Executive Producer including office petty cash, cab charge and credit cards.
Arranging couriers and collecting mail
Effectively receive, screen and distribute incoming calls to the EP and the Brisbane office
Maintaining the cleanliness of the office area
Ordering catering and making coffees for clients and the EP
Printing and filing as required
Liaising with the landlord when building maintenance is needed
Other ad hoc duties as required
You will have:
Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, time manage, multi-task and work under pressure.
Clear communication skills and awareness of working within a professional working environment.
High level computer skills.
Initiative and be proactive, energetic and well presented.
Enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
Razor sharp attention to detail & accuracy.
Current Australian drivers license.
Must have the right to work in Australia.
The ability to be a positive team member whilst being able to work without supervision.
An understanding of the television production process is desirable but not essential
