Administrative Assistant – Part Time Screen Australia

We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic administrator to provide general administrative support to our Governance & Corporate Affairs unit three days a week, under the direction of our Strategy & Operations Liaison.

You will be responsible for the effective and efficient coordination of a variety of administrative activities such as scheduling and preparing meetings, travel and itinerary preparation, expenditure reconciliation and being part of an important liaison to internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will have a demonstrable ability to provide high level and discrete administrative support. You will be an effective and open communicator with excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude. You will also have proficiency in a range of Microsoft programs, including spreadsheets. You will need to be able to work autonomously and deliver to deadlines. A general interest in the screen industry will be an advantage.

This is an interesting role, with the opportunity to learn about the screen industry from the inside.
