Following the recent appointment of a new Director of People & Culture at SBS, the team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Director and the team more broadly.
This role requires a self-motivated, experienced assistant who has demonstrated they can build effective and collaborative working relationships. The purpose of the role is to anticipate, prioritise and manage the schedule and communications of a busy executive as well as helping organize the team with minimal supervision. You can expect all the usual EA stuff like administrative and secretarial support, diary and email management, meetings, business and team events and presentations coordination, travel bookings, ordering supplies, and financial administration. As a key contact for the People & Culture team you would need to be client/customer obsessed and comfortable to assist people appropriately at all levels of the organisation.
