As Administration Assistant you’ll provide general administrative support to ABC Content Sales & Distribution.
You’ll be responsible for handling general enquiries, travel accommodation bookings, processing of invoices, data entry and filing.
$50K – $63K p.a. + choice of 15.4% super

About ABC Commercial
ABC Commercial manages a range of media businesses which create, distribute and market content, products and services related to the programming and Charter activities of the ABC.
The division develops products including music, books, magazines, licensed merchandise, and adult and kids video entertainment which it distributes through ABC Shop Online.
ABC Commercial distributes ABC and other content domestically and internationally to other broadcasters and platforms.
About the Role
You’ll assist in duties associated with:
Marketing and production of releases including the coordination of publicity mail-outs, general promotional activities
Online activity including YouTube, website and social networking maintenance
Transcribing content and proof reading material
Ongoing maintenance of the digital content database
Stock orders and their dispatch for the department, artists, overseas distributors and third parties. Assist in the maintenance of the overseas distributor order logs.
We are looking for an administrator with good organisational skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
To be successful you will also have:
Ability to prioritise work and complete tasks in a timely manner
Experience in the maintenance of digital data entry, websites and social media
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to convey information effectively
Willingness to work as part of a team and to establish effective work relationships with colleagues.
