Endemol Shine International are seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide administration support to their Senior Sales Executive Australia and Sales Director New Zealand. This is a great opportunity to join a leading global distributor of finished television programming.
Supporting Sales Directors in all aspects of sales administration
Maintenance of client database
Provision of Jaguar availability and sales reports
Processing of deal memos including liaison with Legal & Business Affairs to provide assistance with contract follow up from clients as required by contracting
Liaison with Technical Services to ensure that preliminary deal memos are completed and to review pending orders on a weekly basis so as to discuss any delivery delays or other matters
Liaison with Credit Control and Royalties Accountant with regard to queries
Replying to general sales enquiries and client liaison as required
Preparation of travel itineraries and appointment schedules
Filing of buyer correspondence
Liaison with post-sales support needs and requests from marketing for specific information from a licensee, i.e. broadcast dates, timeslots, etc.
Other duties as required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience at sales coordinator level
Strong administrative skills including word/excel capability
Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills as well as attention to detail
Experience in the industry would be advantageous but not essential.
Remuneration will be dependent on experience.
