The Audiences team is a newly expanded team under the recent restructure announced by the ABC Managing Director. Audiences is made up of a passionate group of marketing, brand, creative, data design, data R&D, data science and audience insights specialists who have audiences at the heart of all we do. We are responsible for leading the ABC’s brand and audience strategies and we work collaboratively with our internal partners to lead an integrated approach to audience insights, branding, acquisition and retention strategies, and communication.

Audiences is seeking an experienced and proactive Administration Assistant to provide high level support to the Head of Audience Insights and the Head of Integrated Media. We are looking for a professional and self-motivated individual who is able to think on their feet and enjoys working within an innovative environment across multiple teams.
As the first point of contact for both the Head of Audience Insights and the Head of Integrated Media you will be required to manage both diaries, arrange meetings, appointments and travel itineraries, research, investigate and assemble information, assist with the preparation of correspondence and executive level reports, proposals and presentations.
This role will also see you provide admin support for the Business & Operations team and will include the following duties:
Provide administrative support across three teams
Coordination and completion of recruitment and staffing forms and training requirements for the Audiences teams
Contribute to a range of projects across the teams
Develop best practice approach to file sharing utilising Office 365 tools

Demonstrated experience providing admin support to multiple teams concurrently
High level organisation skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of office management principles, and skills using a range of computer systems including Microsoft Office
Ability to interpret and apply corporate administrative policies and procedures
Ability to source information and prepare documentation and reports
Based in Ultimo, Sydney
