We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Coordinator for our multidisciplinary Communications Unit based in Ultimo.
In this varied and busy team coordinator role, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to all team members in the Communications Unit, as well as to the Senior Manager, Communications. You will undertake a broad range of duties, with a focus on supporting media relations and web staff.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in all activities of the Unit and will play a key role in ensuring the team’s success through the support you provide.
To be considered for this role, you will require advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering work to a high standard. You will have strong organisation and time management skills, a team oriented approach to work and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive outlook, can-do attitude and being self-motivated will help you succeed in this role.
This is a great opportunity for a Communications/Marketing entry level candidate, with strong administration experience and skills, looking to expand their knowledge of communications including content creation, social media and media relations.
Due to daily communications deadlines, the set hours of work for this role are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
