Chief Entertainment produces high quality sport, music, entertainment and corporate video content for broadcast on TV, IPTV and Digital platforms.
We are now seeking a highly organised and effective Production Manager to join our team.
Our Broadcast Production division produces varied and wide-reaching creative content across all media platforms. We create a range of productions from LIVE studio productions to outside broadcasts.
Our state-of-the-art facilities are located at Gore Hill, on Sydney’s North Shore.
Working closely with the Head of Production, your responsibilities will include:
Working with department producers to manage and coordinate productions
Create and manage project timelines, edit schedules and budgets
Provide administrative support through all stages of each production
Manage all production resources, both internal and external, including staff, ensuring maximum cost efficiency and product output are consistently maintained
Report regularly to Senior Management regarding the status of all productions and their associated budgets.
It is a full time role and from time to time requires flexibility in working hours due to production schedules.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Highly organised mindset, with great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a broadcast or post-production environment
Ability to communicate directly with Clients
Experience with working in a post-production environment would be highly considered
Strong Pre-production, shoot and Post-Production skills
Strong project management skills and experience
Demonstrated skills in scheduling, budgeting and documentation
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects at one time.
