Crewing Manager OB , Sport

Supercars Australia are seeking a crewing guru! Crewing Manager; Immediate start – Full Time;
·         Reporting to the Production Manager
·         Book, negotiate rates and confirm freelance crew for Supercars Outside Broadcasts
·         Established relationships within the freelance market
·         Strong Communication skills & good team player
·         Raise contracts for buyout crew members as required
·         Reconcile and track all crew hours
·         Reconcile all PAYG & crew related invoicing
·         Track and reconcile travel related invoices
·         Accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail are a must
·         Solid excel and financial skills are required
