Stationery / Grocery / Ink / Nespresso / Dan Murphy’s / Neverfail / Mircohire
Greeting visitors and providing refreshments
Directing telephone inquiries
Meeting Room bookings + refreshments
Set up new equipment for starters/office
Set up email addresses
Supervising Corp Runner (when req.)
Corporate Petty Cash keeping
Monthly Corp Credit Card reconciliation
Building Security/ Key Keeping
Asset List upkeep
Office set up (purchase new and changing fixtures)
Office upkeep (appearance and maintenance)
Ongoing assistance to current shows
Event Organising (special lunches/ launch parties etc)
Restock Drinks Fridge (incl. Diet Coke etc)
Restock Fruit bowl
Restocking kitchen supplies
Empty dishwasher when req.
Putting dishwasher on when req.
Emptying bins when req.
Fridge clear out
