Sydney based Production company seeks Receptionist / Office Coordinator. Starting Tuesday 3rd April 2018. 12 month contract. Experience in similar role advantage.

 Air Conditioning

Ordering:
 Stationery / Grocery / Ink / Nespresso / Dan Murphy’s / Neverfail / Mircohire

Office Admin
 Greeting visitors and providing refreshments
 Directing telephone inquiries
 Meeting Room bookings + refreshments
 Set up new equipment for starters/office
 Set up email addresses
 Staff Memos
 Researching
 Supervising Corp Runner (when req.)
 Corporate Petty Cash keeping
 Monthly Corp Credit Card reconciliation
 Building Security/ Key Keeping
 Asset List upkeep
 Contacts upkeep
 Office set up (purchase new and changing fixtures)
 Office upkeep (appearance and maintenance)
 Ongoing assistance to current shows
 Event Organising (special lunches/ launch parties etc)

Ongoing Duties:
 Check Post
 Restock Drinks Fridge (incl. Diet Coke etc)
 Restock Fruit bowl
 Restocking kitchen supplies
 Empty dishwasher when req.
 Putting dishwasher on when req.
 Emptying bins when req.
 Fridge clear out
 Friday refreshments
