This is a part-time job share contract, working Wednesday and Thursday of each week. This role provides administrative and production support to Content & Digital staff at the ABC.
Your exceptional administrative skills and flexible attitude will be put to good use across a range of tasks including: staff rostering, employment paperwork and procurement, audience enquiries, invoices and payments, travel bookings and accommodation.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Provide front of house liaison, receive visitors, deal with telephone enquiries as the first point of contact
Check and accurately input information into the roster plan and timesheet
Provide administrative support to Content & Digital staff
Process local invoices, payments and artist fees, reimbursements and accounts
Under direction of the Lead Unit Manager, monitor budget performance and variances, review line items and pay summaries, and prepare monthly journals.
Generate paperwork for IT and phone requests and arrange procurement orders via SAP
Coordinate the workflow, file and archive relevant documentation
